Talk to your customers and get feedback of your products on, how functionally satisfied by your customers, how easy to customize, how good is underlying technology, how easy the application deployable, UI, security and performance. Specially on platform and appstudio, once you have feedback then think of sharing responsibility to Anil That architect platform or appstudio upgrade or new versions. He messed up many implementations. Trust the customer feedback, he is not a right architect for platform group.

Most importantly please look at the total number of people in the US overhead team who do not get billed. Now that people are working from home, why can't the job of finance, accounting hr, admin, be done by the Metricstream India team? This would release millions of dollars that can be invested in product development and sales & marketing and will give cash to the company to prevent layoff in the engineering teams. Large companies such as wipro, infosys, cognizant, hcl are particular that not even a single non revenue generating employee should be sitting outside of India unless there's a strong justification, which should be approved by a panel and not just based on one individual's discretion.
Also please look at Glassdoor reviews. You should not consider 4 or 5 rating reviews, it's written by your HR to balance rating of the company. There is a hole in the boat, instead of fixing hole your HR adding another hole.
