Hearing that there a new round of layoffs are here. Apparently GPT folks are impacted. Does anyone know what divisions? and if business is also impacted?

What a disaster this company has become. It truly should be added as a Mgmt 101 case study for universities. Unreal. Put in the chapter right after the Circuit City disaster. 😝

Don Weinstein is another one. Jeez, ADP needs to hire someone, anyone, qualified to do that job. ADP's products now are complete trash. Ask Don if he is processing his own check on that hot mess called Nextgen Payroll and watch his reaction!

Of course GPT will get hit - we've moved to AWS, we're deploying AI - these jobs should be reduced.
If ADP was smart, and they aren't, they would fire 99% of the VP's, especially in GPT. And 100% of the SVP's! That would save an immense amount of waste and free the low paid employees up to work instead of being in frozen fear doing nothing casued by VP's & SVP's.
ADP has become named in the top 100 worst places to work!

Massive layoffs have been a fixture at ADP for several years now. They will continue until it becomes untenable for ADP to continue on. That is ADP's vision for the future.
Well it probably won’t be any VPs or Senior Directors because we don’t have enough of them... 😞
If employees haven't figured it out by now, the never ending layoffs are always here! I can suggest plenty of GPT folks that need to go!
