They continue to make poor business choices (especially Catherine) and protect their favorites that don't speak up about their complete incompetence. I still can't believe how many great employees were axed after the last layoff. If I sound bitter - I am, even though this happened in April.

They (sr management) think they are do much more clever than other companies. They also think they are invincible. Their day is coming... I’m certain the board of directors sees the nonsense and is just waiting for the right time to get some of those lying, incompetent losers out of there. Can’t wait!
They are now hiring for my position, just saw it on Glassdoor. We should have been furloughed. I was a very dedicated employee working late and on weekends to get a slap in the face.
They made a lot of money in Q2. Why lay off women with a small baby?
I meant to say Kathryn has no sales or marketing experience.
I don’t have as many issues with Jim. Kathryn is another story. She has sales or marketing background and it really shows. She makes poor hires and wastes our precious funds.
