Managers usually get canned after the higher-ups are done issuing WARNs to the working level people. The managers are needed to do the layoff paperwork for their direct report before they get laid off. The only managers who will get canned are the ones with suspensions or other major infractions (like the ones who caused their level 2 managers any trouble). Probably not until next year.

Wow, managers coming to this site to troll. Probably an indication that their time is up. They are not as untouchable as they thought they were. They, too, need to find a place to vent (and blame others).

We need them to sign off our time but that’s about it.
Just to clarify, my experience was not at Boeing. My experience was at a large company in NC.

Every manager is a far better employee than you have ever been. There is a reason they are managers and you are still sc-apping the toilets clean.
