Does anyone think the new CTO can turn things around at Rezi? He got dumped from HON bc he was an impediment to change and growth. Very similar to the Melville old guard/rednecks, just liked to be the big boss and not actually do anything.
A few months back, I think there was a senior? director in Rolle that made people in Melville look like fools. Was laughing about some guy in a pickup all the time and said he was going to Google to work on some security stuff in a box ...

DAS was such a success it an amazing feat of backward technology. We are proud of the technology designed by our best fellows, fantastic research led by Melville on facial recognition (at an insane cost but...) and back end system staying operational an amazing 8hr some days. Bonuses and promo were provided for this amazing product that is flying of the shelves (because the sellers want space for products that people actually want and that work)

The Security GM employment seat should be very warm. I suspect that person will not be with us very much longer. Leadership was completely shocked by this news and right or wrong...when you’re explaining you’re losing.
- Nobody in their right mind would buy rezi. Google and tech giants for sure... that leaves corps out of their league. As we are also no longer in the leagues that matter... match made ...
- The issue with security is first of all a VPGM issue. Prefers her old crew than new blood. As long as that VPGM remains -as not competent in tech... problem will remain
- Rezi has enough revenue with older stuff that were done during HON times, enough for the old guard to keep sticking around until they get their fat pension. Those are the one that will block change or any new blood. We all know who they are...most hiding in Melville... now the bell us tolls... consequences of inaction. And BTW we should get rid also of those French hardware people that do nothing but socialize and BS not at retirement time but they let the c-ap go on and on while eating lobster.
