Is anyone else just signing up members to home improvement sales calls just to make their numbers even though you've just postponed the order they made back in January by another month?

Yes, it's all about the numbers. Nothing else. Customer Service is a simple concept that TransformCo and A&E do not understand anymore. Make your numbers everyone! SELL SELL SELL Third Party Warranties!! Everything else is someone else's problem. The pathetic overseas offices are the ones to do damage control, and they have absolutely no clue, and can barely speak English over a third world telephone line that is scratchy and garbled every time someone calls. This is the quality state of the art service that we provide to our valuable 'members'. So Sad! Once a proud and respected company, we are now just painfully twitching in the gutter waiting for our miserable end.
Yup, just to make the numbers. Shove telemarketing calls down the throats. The angry calls and wait times are someone else's problem. Not that we can do to help them without parts, money, or product.
