At least once and introduce yourself to customers. Don't miss to tell customers that you are the head of platform and appstudio. Then customers explain how they are struggling to because of your great innovations. Facing customers with the kind of c-ap you deliver is not as simple as shaking legs and face and talk internally. After delivery of such c-ap again metricstream given responsibility of next platform version? I think CEO and Gunjan are doing RND on how a company should not run. Many are waiting for your next innovation, and do not forget to bring next version of Phycho like Appstudio manager for new version of platform.

AB has so bad reputation in RnD and outside, why is management not seeing value add of putting a better person in that place and help everyone, it is good for company and overall goals and execution
Have you seen him talking any tough customer meetings? He goes very silent in tough situations and gets away without opening his mouth, other people in meetings left to defend themselves for his creativity.
Many teams faced this situation, but unfortunately AB has great support from his boss so people afraid of going against to AB. But still how CEO/CTO are not seeing value add of firing him.
Forget about talking in tough customer meeting, never seen both ABs facing customer. CTO/CEO should force them talk and manage customers for the sh– they delivered. Like यथा राजा तथा प्रजा AB puppy (Appstudio) head also same attitude. If anyone ask questions or raise bugs in platform/appstudio our great AB fire them.
