Yes, if you want to go out voluntarily you get 7k extra to your payout.
The payout is dependence how many years you work for Baker and how many childrens you have.
I would be glad to see the Development engineers and Software developers being laid off instead of the hard-working and honest production & manufacturing workforce. The engineers and developers at CTC take a hefty salary for doing nothing, no innovation just emulate the things from internet and kiss the backside of their managers and tech/team leaders.
Sad for the good honest grafting workshop people who are exemplary in what they do ..but the whole industry will continue to take the shakes of this eruption aftershocks for years. Hope they can take this and move onwards into a bright future.
But for the technical section I can give them a few suggestions to offer it to ...... not the innovation centre lt once was... led by the blind talking to the deaf. The real innovators left years ago or were let go because they wanted to challenge the mediocre working ways.Now full of process and systems followers protecting their NIMBY philosophy.
Take it, if you’ve got the years, you won’t regret it. Company is in terminal decline, grab what you can and run for the exits.
