I'm still operating at about 30%, with the remaining 70% devoted to vacation, clothes, and if course social media. My leaders don't have any clear vision so I feel good that I can continue to shine by making extra pretty presentations and reports. Gots to go and catch up on FB!
Fulfilling the roles of 2 FTEs excluding myself... So 300%? Gotta hustle guys. Defo losing my sanity from the endless calls and increased work load.
Honestly 120%. Even without payed overtime, merits, bonuses, social fund etc. That makes me think about my future
I'm doing good. I'm putting the coversheets on all TPS reports now before they go out.
