HCT is the best. And is an epitome of collaboration. Customers love to work with us because of our collaboration. We just don’t sell products and services, we solve customers’ challenges.
HCT is good but not the best. There is no doubt about the capabilities and leadership to an extent.
Where they need to improve is the decision making and team dynamics. The leadership can easily be questioned on multiple stupid things that they did and sadly we cannot sack them as overall the larger good presides over the little bad.
HCT, period.
People is Halliburton’s greatest strength. In my 20+ years with HAL, I have worked with many customers around the world and they love working with our people compared to the other two service providers. You can do a fact check on this one.

I worked there 23 years and I honestly can’t think of any. This is sad. Only thing positive was they had Many good people there when I was there. Back then it was like a family

Laying off employees in favor of Indian contractors. Make it Happen Halliburton. This why Halliburton is still N 2. In 10 years No 4 and in 20 years gone. Tesla, Nikola,BYD ,VW etc is the real competition. The more they grow the more Halliburton will shrink.
