I’m with the UP. Heard this morning from an officer that BNSF is gonna roll out the PSR soon. It turned our railroad into c-ap. Best of luck to y’all

I feel sorry for anyone who still works for BNSF now that Katie is going to be in control. We thought Carl didn’t care for his employees; she has a heart of steel and cares little about anyone but herself. It sure isn’t the company it used to be. They have laid off several people off within a few weeks of their retirement and that is heartless.
The good ones are jumping ship fast and I sure don’t blame them.
I was layed off at corporate with over 15 years. Most of the ones layed off with me I know had over 20 years there.
Shoot I've even heard guys with 15 years get let go sometimes which is down right awful thing to do. Might as well let them finish their time up so they can get their retirement. I've only been here for 2 1/2 years and I already want to jump track cause of everything going on. Its really just ugly and I'll go back to trucking if something happens here in the future.
From experience if you don’t have at least 15 years in, It’s time to get ready for a new career.
PSR within BNSF started well over a year ago. They just dont call it that.

What craft are you just wondering and that will blow if BNSF goes to PSR. God its going to get ugly. Thanks for the information though
