I work in a branch and it was out for about 3 days. Nothing. Then the entire phone system in St. Pete went down. Did someone set off a computer worm?
It is 11:30AM on Friday and I just spoke to someone that knows what is going on. The issues are still going on. This problem started at 10PM on Wednesday. A total freeze on changes was put in place until next week. Wonder why...

“Given the strong infrastructure we have in place, these steps are not expected to diminish service levels to advisors or their clients, or impair our ability to continue our growth momentum,”
This is just the beginning of their troubles. They removed the bandaids that were keeping them running everyday and now they will fall apart at the seams. Sinking ships are costly to repair.

I heard that it was a massive hardware failure in Denver and even though this product is supported by a vendor RJ technicians need to understand this. Wonder if those RJ technicians are one of us (the let go)?
I feel bad for Kevin Adams. An outage of such significance so close to bonuses is never good.
