Isn’t Disney required to provide a 60 day notice for a lay-off?
The timing for layoffs will be sometime between October 1 and December 31. The company will want the layoff process finished before the second fiscal quarter begins, which is January 1.
Nothing yet. Speculation says this month for two reasons: the fiscal year is over October 1st, and those eligible for benefits would typically need to reapply starting in October.
I thought it would be sometime this month, but I can't find any info.
