I work is BDS in Alabama. But I don’t feel safe. I feel like anyone can get laid off at any given time.

Unless the offer was good, I doubt that many old lazy baby boomers/Gen Xers took it. They would rather take their chances during ILOs since many of them are R2s and forced R1s.
