No recognition story for inside sales or .com? Still an outside driven company although results have proven more successful with proactive inside sales engagement. Let’s pay outside sales twice as much for half the accountability and give all recognition. Sounds about typical.

Who is KAC?
The CCO is completely out of her depth - she’s a sales hack that doesn’t truly understand how to motivate anyone to do anything. And the only people that do well under her are the folks that hold their noses and drink her Koolaid.
You see it in who she has promoted to leadership roles - RQD, MM in Canada, KAC - all useless - the list goes on and on! (Though KAC was just pushed out - no value on loyalty!) just a matter of time before SD pushes her out too.
Nice recovery on q&a. Put your money where your mouth is and recognize where appropriate.
