Depends on 1. your boss 2. how much knowledge do you have that needs to be passed down.
2 weeks notice is the customary norm but if you have a good relationship with your boss it's probably good to give a little more notice if you can - particularly if you have knowledge or skills that have to be handed down to someone else.
I would guess that right now Broadcom isn't going to want to play hardball over a few days health coverage. I think right now Broadcom's legal is probably losing sleep worrying about potential COVID19 litigation and wouldn't want to deal with any fights over a few days of health insurance. Just my guess
