Reorganization, director/managers have been put on notice and jobs eliminated. They are offered to look inside for new work but we all know what that means by December. All products will be impacted by executive order.

Oh well same management used same tactics after moving to Janssen
In 2016 (?) there was a big layoff and the Lead Optimization Department lead by Litao Zhang at that time made everybody in the layoff list re-apply to the job through an interview (while they were still employed!!!) . That's the lowest I have ever seen in a company. Expect the worst from them.
