Thread regarding Cummins Inc. layoffs

Work from Home

How long before Cummins realizes if work can still get done with people working from home, they can save a ton of money if the "home" just so happens to be Pune or Wuhan instead of Columbus or Seymour?

They have been heavily outsourcing to Hadji since 2000.......my last group there was only 15 Americans out of 102 employees anyway.

HCL has been siphoning American jobs for nearly 20 years from Cummins. They’re both off-shore and on-shore contracts within Cummins. Non-citizens recruited and endorsed by Cummins.

This of course has been the plan to take American jobs away. It’s up to this last push against China and other over liberal cults who wish harm to USA. We are under attack.

They already outsourced my role and department a few years ago to India....after giving them all of our procedures, best practices we created and trained them. They have no loyalty to US workers.

Trust me, they most certainly have been seeing it. If people think that they aren't trying to find ways to cut high pay american labor if the job can be done remotely I have a bridge to sell them. Because the more successful you are in your dept. and others in getting work done remotely the more they can have it where lets say all off the team is remotely located as you said in Pune or Wuhan and the team lead would be in the US. Cutting out over 90% of the personnel that are making alot more than in those areas.
