I will give BNSF credit they promote a black female to the head of diversity and inclusion. Then hire 10 young white males for senior level positions. With all the BLM riots BNSF is brave to pull this hat trick. Sad 99 percent of senior managers are white males
True statement on the hatchet crew. I’d be real concerned if I was of color. Look at all promotions in last several rounds.
Good- anyone working from home below a SB 32 is likely to lose their job. It will be around 1100 managers at the campus. But these people have mostly been on vacation since March.
