Has anyone seen the proposal? Word is there is a copy floating around and it doesn't look good but haven't seen it yet.

Sounds like they want the union gone...great news!!!
If you read the FINAL proposal under job security -it states to keep final and major assemblies(wings) here.(thats all it mentions)
The next paragraph states that a area with 15 people or more will have 30 days to have the union and company work out a situation thats best for both parties or after 90 day the company can go ahead with what THEY want to do.
Plus they are lumping the seniority together.
Contract not bad only 4 years , so those complaining can redo , maybe economy bit better than, heard those that striks might not get back in
New contract looks great. I don't think 2/3 of the people deserve it though. Shoddy work, lazy, arrogant and ignorant Union employees always wining about how terrible they have it, while they're driving around in their new $50k+ dodge ram rebel or Chevy Silverado lifted 2500HD and keep having to buy bigger jeans and shirts to fill their enlarging bodies from all of the take out/delivery or market place food they buy everyday. Not all workers are bad but most are all of the above. Go work at another non-union place and then come back and tell how bad you had it. Smh shut up, stop wining and take the damn contract and get the money you don't deserve. EVERYTHING was increased; wages, yearly increases, quarterly increases, more HSA money, COLA. Yeah Insurance was still sh–ty but the other 99% of the contract is a great deal.

How dare they offer a fair contract! I wanna work on my enlarging my extreme beer gut and complain about foreigners taking my job!
everything i have seen looks great, only a id–t would not take it. but we got plenty of them around
