Wondering if RJ will payout our sick time. I know if you leave you lose it. We didn’t leave

Only vacation according to the paperwork, unless there's a state law that requires payout for sick time as well.
It would be nice if RJ did the right thing but I’m not holding my breath
Generally speaking, sick time is not ever paid out. Not just at RJ, but at other financial services companies I have worked at, too. Use sick time before vacation time if you can. I learned that the hard way years ago.
At least it's clear now why IT leaders were pushing everyone so hard to use their vacation days, less money they would have to pay out..
My understanding is no, just vacation. But we’ll see.
