Seeking information (or at least plausible rumors) about upcoming US layoffs. Not interested in Aberdeen, complaints about outsourcing, disgruntled rants, etc.

Nomore lau off, fired and shut down only
a broken watch is correct twice a day, maybe the higher ups will get something right, lord knows they are due for some good decisions, even if by sheer luck
The stress is felt throughout. If you fall from the top, you fall harder and it’s even more difficult to bounce back and get absorbed by another company.
Pressure is on high for everyone.
Not sure when is the next lay off but usually before the next earning report.
Makes you wonder if the same amount of stress is found on that 3rd floor?
Can u imagine the stress in that environment now?
I was one of the early layoffs. Quick and done and I’m not missing it. Lots of great people in the organization so not all is lost. SLB and HAL not doing any better. Hope things bounce back soon!
layoffs have been happening every Friday since April and they will continue in Houston
