Yes! As a matter of fact the raises and bonuses happened already! Oh wait a minute you meant for store level employees? Ohhhh I thought for meant for the executive board. Yeah no, no one at store level is getting sh–. It was all allocated to the CEO.
I guess so. Otherwise why laid off people and Promote some worker to be next level in private brand. Lay off them in next year and put the money for “ raise”

Not sure. But what is certain is that Macy's will "ask" (more like force) every employee to donate to its designated charities so they can look good in the public's eye.
