Dunellen, Piscataway and Edison have joined Hamilton and Robbinsville in pursuing an investigation of Altice. Now they’re scrambling to avoid losing some of their biggest franchises. I’m sure those are not the only towns looking to take action either. I feel sorry for anybody still working there and anyone who is stuck with their service. Altice is circling the drain and there doesn’t seem to be any sort of reprieve in the immediate future.

Oh wait,so terming massively and having field techs cover outages on call ISNT working out?Hmmmm if only we could have seen this coming...
Now they don't have enough techs and customer service reps to do the work. They have reached out to other departments to help out in calling customers to try and trouble shoot over the phone. Customers are p-ss-d because they have to wait 2 or 3 weeks out for an appointment. The contractors don't want to do the work because they don't get paid sh$& for trouble calls. That's why these towns are coming together now to do this. Customers are now complaining to the city officials because calling the company to complain is a waste of time. Altice has driven this company "who use to be great", down the drain. All because they want to be cheap and save a dollar here and there. Techs are not trouble shooting anymore like they use to and customers continue to have issues with their service. This is horrible.
as a former laid off because of COVID employee they should investigate this company. I never seen a company who cares so little about there customers and employees
Westchester is going to be on the list. There’s customers still out of service.
And of course, management is Begging us to go above and beyond. Meanwhile I’m leaving customers homes without service because I can’t provision the equipment. I’m supposed to be good with that? Trust me management ,I’ll be telling the customers going forward Why there getting treated like c-ap!!! It’s not because of the techs. Shiitty management, sh–ty products.
Ok say they lose their franchise..who u think is the better option..comcast? Spectrum? They are all evil.
Will u be happy on the unemployment line? Good luck finding a new job during covid
Keep calling/writing your elected officials. Run them out boys!!!!!!!!!
Nj is not alone other towns in ny are doing the same thing
So is Montville and East Hanover in Morris . They all got someone in govt affairs phone number and it takes over an hour to do all they want you to do at these calls even if the call is for something stupid . If it’s not that then it’s them getting in touch with the BPU and filing a complaint . Good for them ! The company treats everyone like garbage.
Yeah , I think towns not wanting to renew Franchise agreements is a big deal.
Write to your local politicians . Governors . Assemblyman. Tell them your willing to help with their investigation. Trust me , they’ll respond!!! 😉
So is Franklin Lakes, Butler and Kinnelon
Good.. Hopefully they shut these mo–ns down.
