Shouldn't it be called a loss call instead of earnings

if we are in the red, how can we call it an earnings call?

It’s an accounting term for shareholders. No guarantee of profit or loss.

Hey, you might be surprised with the upcoming call.

Baker purges folks slowly but continuously. The company is lighter, nimbler, but technically as weak as it has ever been. The latter part doesn’t matter as long as the work gets done and deals close. In a way, the customer gets what it pays for. Squeeze our margins, here is a what we offer in return. BKR is a stock symbol too.
