KAC Leaving Staples?

How did that happen? KAC is leaving Staples after almost 25 years - what’s going on?

Did she jump or was she pushed? She is a lifer!

Stop using LinkedIn to say goodbye it’s just sad and not professional. Thanking ME was classic. He put the nail in your Staples career and you didn’t even realize it. Reality check. When I left the company I sent personal notes offline. I didn’t need an audience. You left on your own terms be thankful for that. I was.

She was very surface no substance. Heard she was pushed out by CCO for not s—ing up enough and having an opinion. Next in line proves she does that very well although no real substance to that one either. Replacing one bad egg with another and someone else that has not delivered any results either. Great job. Crazy concept but how about putting someone in charge of furniture that has furniture industry experience.

If you don’t know her, you haven’t missed much!

Not a fan either - she talks the game but could never deliver. Always an excuse. Bounced around from role to role but nothing to really show for it - print, break room, RVP, business essentials, furniture - no gains. But I’m surprised she is leaving as she is tenured and her package would be big if she stuck around!

Who cares? The worst coworker I’ve ever worked with, in and outside of my staples experience. The definition of a ‘boss’ and not a leader. I’ve never experienced someone constantly talk down to so many people in a ‘professional’ setting before. Good riddance.
