I’ve already contacted a lawyer I figured asking some “brothers and sisters” on a peer to peer level maybe I could get some good information from someone who maybe experienced a similar situation

If your union leaders were doing their job, you would not have to ask. Any real or helpful information posted here will most likely be deleted. Contact a FELA attorney in a union friendly city.

15-20 years ago you had a chance. Today the Insurance Cos tightened up and its almost impossible to get any repetitive stress injury settlements. The Insurance Companies are Big Business, and they want as much profit for CEO payouts as possible. And now with the Republicans in power, forget it.
