I was offered a position with the company. I’ve checked Glassdoor for reviews concerning training, work-life balance, benefits, etc. and they all seem positive. But before I make a decision I would like to know if there are any issues I would need to know and I'm guessing this is the place to ask a question like that to get honest responses. Any information provided will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Steve Lucas ran an internal rah-rah web event that was basically all about showing off his McLaren super car, whilst employees were being made redundant. Couldn't be more tone deaf if he tried!
It's an okay company. Good healthcare and other benefits. Below market salary. They started to outsource software engineers and it seems like other departments may be next. Leadership is not smart.
What type of position is it?
Work there now. Company is in chaos. iCIMS was bought by a PE chop shop and the CEO Steve Lucas is a classic sociopath. No empathy or authenticity in his handling of recent layoffs, and so breathtakingly tone deaf that he held a company wide meeting about how excited and optimistic you are for the short term future the day after a surprise round of layoffs into a pandemic that he didn't even acknowledge. Bizzare and psychopath. Do you want to work for that?
