Spent years building a relationship with my clientele base only to be let go. Now someone else with less experience is benefiting from my hard work. Am I p-ss-d - you are damn right I am. I used to be proud to work here and thought Mason valued their experienced employees. Boy was I wrong.

So much hate... Times are a changing. WB still doing their thing despite it. Reality check. WB and the owners are going to do what’s best for them - it’s their company. There is no loyalty in this game. Sorry if you missed that. Do what’s best for you. Find a new job.
Bringing back drivers and and that’s about it. Flipping accounts to Florida and expanding reps territory by 20+ miles. All loyalty is gone and still nothing from the leadership. Also heard white glove delivery is non existent on furniture end and currently dropping. Expect a sale at the end of the quarter. If you are still furloughed, why would you ever want to go back to a company that threw you to the side for the PPE money grab. Cya later WB. Your customer service model is shot.
My mom was furloughed but she's back now.
Were you let go or “ furloughed “?
Pretty sure 2000 people were furloughed . Sad
When did they let you go? They are currently attempting to switch local books of business for reps still here to call center reps in Florida regardless of how many years the customer worked with the rep. They are folding their old business model of face to face and paying knowledgeable local people on the streets for a cube farm call center of hourly employees. Solid business strategy to package up for sale.
Why are you surprised ? They been screwing us on commissions for 5 years ?
