Make sure to give your honest reviews of the best company to have ever existed! Remember that it’s anonymous too! I definitely didn’t give this company a bad rating and you shouldn’t either! Hooray for Staples and hooray for Sycamore! I’m gonna post on LinkedIn how good we are doing right now!

Nothing anonymous about it. Results are grouped by manager and they have a good idea of how their team responds, especially ones with small teams.
Managers have been reprimanded in the past for honest survey responses that didn’t paint a rosy picture. Many now instruct their teams to help them out and respond positively.
And let’s not forget the SD rant after last years survey. Love it or leave it. What is the point of even putting out a survey if respondents are expected to cover their A$$ and not be truthful in their responses?
The only way to take this survey is to lie. It is not anonymous and you will be targeted if you say anything negative about your manager.
