I emailed them about 10 times for the certs for some stuff they shipped me, never got a reply, never got the certs...so I tossed it and went elsewhere.
That place is a joke
"competent" isn't a word you would use to describe Aviall.....where can I find 1000 green drums of staled out turbine oil in Dallas that no one wants ? BA-DUH !!!!!!!!
yeah, that place isn't a very competent organization, they definitely sc-ap the bottom of the bucket with their hiring...
that sounds about right for that place...customers order stuff and instead of getting their stuff only get excuses and broken promise dates....
It's all about the incompetent Aviall/Boeing management and their inability to manage their way out of a paper bag or follow thru on anything.
