I am very busy and we have been working hard ever since WFH and before. It is a shame that people don’t think much for their co-workers and would screw off all day. I think Oxy needs to try their best to get rid of the bad apples because many of us want the company to succeed for the good of our co-workers and stockholders. It is a waste of money to pay the OP, so hopefully Oxy will figure out a way of getting rid of these employees. Even if you have a bad situation there are tens of millions of people laid off in this pandemic, and many would take your job probably for less pay.
I am guessing that some people on the work from home (WFH) plan is not doing much now. There was an article I read that said most people had a long list of tasks to do in March when the WFH was first implemented. Now that this list has been exhausted some people have nothing to do. WFH really separates the good managers from the poor ones and the creative employees from the ones who can’t think of productive things to do. Oh yes, it also separates the employees with good attitudes from the ones with poor attitudes.
