I can’t say enough good things about this company. It really has provided a lot to me. A lot of us grew within the organization and even though many us can troll this blog/mock/make fun of it and the folks that are still in it, it’s in jest and not meaning to hurt anyone that has had the great opportunity to work in the industry, and with Baker.
Perhaps it deals more with the set of circumstances that has gotten us here. It’s really OPEC and Russia’s fault. And COVID-19. We blame “management” but they too have managers and they are just trying to keep their jobs and doing the dirty work and are tasked to make really tough choices. They aren’t safe either. At the very least, we had an opportunity and many of us have seen the boat sinking for many years now.
Cheers to the folks that remain. Watch for rough waters ahead but stay vigilant and Save $$$. The rest of us, tighten the boot straps and lets get to work.
