I looked at stats:
1) ADP sales are down
2) Net earnings are down
3) Revenue is down
And of course stock is down. Why is this CEO even employed?

Seems like classic insider trading when the execs unload their shares right before a stock dive. This really needs to be investigated. Happens way too often at ADP to be a coincidence. Also shows lack of confidence. Too much smoke and mirrors going on with products that don't offer any benefits that clients can't get from cheaper companies with more dedicated service.
Actually looks the entire crooked executive team all sold large dollar volumes of ADP stock in the past week.

I think it really means "Transform" other employees livelihoods and 20+ years with the company into the crooked executives own pockets... and this pretty much confirms it.
