I hope those higher ups are dumping some of their hard earned money into the cause, but we all know the answer to that. They want us: the low salaries throwaways to do all the heavy lifting while they sit in their nice homes away from getting sick From the pandemic and preaching to us how to be decent people. Yes, nothing like a wealthy, white man lecturing the organization about white privileged from his seven-figure home. If this cause was so near and dear to his heart, why didn’t we hear anything about it from him until it became popular to do such. He is so woke.........not! Staples has become the punchline to jokes.

Overboard- focus needs To be more on the business and less on politics or polarizing messaging that not everyone agrees with. Not appropriate however all corporations are doing it. Diversity and Inclusion should not just be the flavor of the season like Pumpkin Spice.
