It's time to tell leadership how great they are doing. Interesting.

Keep in mind the EOS is not anonymous.
If mckesson keeps this up they will end up like
Bed bath and beyond. Or should I say bloodbath and beyond.
Sears
Kmart
Jcpenney
very well said.
What you just described regarding incompetent people being promoted for all the wrong reasons is pretty much going on in all departments here.
And those who pinpoint this are next on the chopping block. And EOS is a tool to identify them.
Those on the chopping block will actually be considered lucky to get a severance package, because lately mckesson is trying to find ways to terminate them without having to offer a severance package. Or they are intentionally creating a negative environment hoping they would quit.
Meanwhile the dishonest and incompetent ones are sitting pretty and living large!!
The majority of the mid-layer leadership (Directors to CIOs) in McKesson are either promoted via one of this incompetence- belong to a privileged category, forced to meet diversity %, or buddy/family with one of the executives. Performance, skills, people management skills, employee feedback, etc. are not a promotion or candidate selection criteria! Look back and see how many people we lost because their talent was not recognized!
Those employees who challenge their incompetences are in the next layoff list! And the executive leadership still wanted employees to be open & honest! EOS survey is another means for them to identify those who expose them! The recent layoff list in IT that eliminated talented people and current clueless leadership is an example of it. How can I person who messed up MMS IT and kept it an era behind is now leading a huge Pharma division, onboarding his MMS friends & families!
We had many EOS surveys and employees responded to it well but nothing much changed to the mid-layer of this organization.
Yes, we would be on their next layoff list for being honest in EOS surveys.... but let's speak up and try to weed out these s—ers. Let them run with another retirement or layoff package!
Love how the manipulate the EOS. Is there a section to fire the CIO and replace majority of the VPs in our org who were promoted by either s—ing up or through diversity program. Gone are the days of getting those roles via performance. Keep looking for jobs if you are tired of the pos leaders here.
Confidential is not the same as anonymous. I believe they say it’s confidential.
I've been working for mckesson for many years and lets just say the people who puts in a critical EOS review tends to be let go.
Most put in favorable reviews out of fear. It is definitely not anonymous.
I love how they claim the EOS survey is "anonymous ". Anonymous my foot!! They just happen to give you a specific id # to access the survey. Oh but it is " anonymous ". Lol!!
