Say when.....
People need to just walk away from this company. Do you really think the union is going to do anything for you? I don't understand why anyone would try to fight this company. It's not that you wouldn't win. It's more about would it be worth it to win. You battle this company with union help, win, and then what? Nothing! The game will start over, and then they'll have an advantage. They'll anticipate the union fight again and counter it with a play of their own, and then it'll be game over. This company has treated employees so poorly for so long. Many people have said its just not worth it anymore to stay. They could end this PSR BS right now, and it still won't matter. People have been hurt badly by this. There's too many people right now that can't or won't trust this company. We all knew how this was going to go when they started it. The damage will still be there, even if they ended it right now. Losing your job s—s. Paying those union dues for a union that does nothing for you, hurts even more. Paying the union dues to a union that does nothing, for a job at a company that doesn't give a shlt about it's own employees isn't worth it.

Yeah its time. It's to walk away from this company that doesn't care about the employees. It's time to stand back and let it burn. Too chickenshlt to fight for what? A job at a company where they write you up for just being there? No thanks. I'd rather let it go down, then to stay there and allow them to continue with what they're doing. Leaving will have a bigger impact than to stay there and give them employees who will put up with the BS
Sounds like it's time for you to get a position in the Union that your a member of. Unless you already hold one? In which you're not doing this very thing?
