Attrition is getting worse

Considering the scarcity of available jobs I don't understand how but attrition is getting worse at Juniper. Can anybody shed some light on why that's happening? I know there are a lot of people who are not happy with their jobs but leaving at a time like this?

It’s easy to understand if you have worked at Juniper. People are happy to leave for anywhere else, even in these uncertain times. It’s a horrible environment to work in, clueless execs, no sales structure and constantly changing strategy.

You are working for a company and country. There is no loyalty in business. If you're not paid well, you LEAVE. Don't put lot of emotions to the profession, else you will learn it the hard way eventually.

Even though there are companies going through a tough time, there are still jobs around and sometimes being part of a company they are not happy anymore or that they dont see any value add, doesnt make sense, especially if you find better jobs out there
