Anyone know WTH is going on over here? Almost no communication. Several reorgs, people are scared onshore is being let go. Specifically in the ART area. It is a mess! There are some hush hush meetings going on. rumor is someone opened a case against a leader for threatening behavior although cant find out who. Tensions are really high.

It was a US corporation filed with typical American hustlers and hucksters. They loved $. Sickos. They made $ off of the sick and the infirm. Go share holder profits!
ART is the worse team in the entire company.
No communications other than sloganism and cheering and stock prices.
You don't have many employee 'rights' other than race, s-x, ethnicity, national origin. Other than that-basically anything goes. Corporate simping.
Whoever filed a complaint with HR will be retaliated against. Silly person. The outcome is rigged. In my old department 3 complaints made to HR and 2 directly to the SVP and this is by separate individuals and 3 made during prep for a jury trial regarding a former employee. This is untouchable territory and a waste of time.
Havent heard any rumors but can confirm people are on edge. No one seems to know what is happening. Scary times!
