Many have said it but let me reiterate: it's always so much easier to find a job when you already have one. And considering the direction Macy's been heading, we won't be in the "employed" category for much longer. So if you are not already looking for a new job, what are you waiting for?

@vswt16Q6Yr20 the answer is, wait for it-all of your mentions
Macy's will continue to lay off employees. Those who think they are safe need to prepare for their futures. It is a sinking ship that is deteriorating. The constant changing of the company's structure will be its downfall. The grass is greener on the other side.
The new digital domain as they call it doomed from start. Someone sitting on top with no knowledge on technology.
People have to do what they have to do. If Macy’s allows you to do what you need to do right now and looking for a new job doesn’t work for you now - tough it out.
You must ask those questions? Anyone clearly see why! But here goes:
Lack of merchandise
Horrible customer service
Old, worn, nasty buildings and fixtures etc.
Doing the same things yet expecting different results.
No real plan.
Look at the poor comments by customers on Facebook.
It is wise advice to seek employment where you will be treated well and actually rewarded for your skills, abilities, and talents.
Ok so what makes you think you won’t be employed much longer ? Store closing? Lay-off? Whole company going down ? Details please
