I thought Boeing was a great company to work for but too much politics and corruption with QA thats why the airplanes are falling from the sky

this company is a total joke
Engineers are wild.
They got a big degree that they get to pay $900 a month for on student loans, all so they can design a box that uses 15 slightly different fasteners that could've all been the same type if they bothered to plan anything out.
Oh, and make everyone use their Just In Time garbage so there's never enough parts when you need them.
NOT QA,,,try the politics within the engineering groups and bean counters. All you need to do is look at the logo and see what the hell the problem is.

Aircraft design has nothing to do with production or QA of completed production. Politics and corruption- maybe, QA absolutely not part of the equation. Not saying there are no issues in QA, just not the ones you mention. Keep in mind, QA are union peers to the people who do the jobs they buyoff, and usual held said production job for a long time prior to be QA. They are not FAA, not Corporate and not management, but they are IAM union by and large in Commercial in the PNW.
