What do we think this 4 hour town hall with the CEO is about? Difficult decisions to be made and Sabre 3.0?
My leader has been MIA for weeks in non stop emergency meetings for budgetingx planning the next 55 years by quarter etc

Quit sniveling about the boys club. You are just mad cuz you aren't good enough to be in the club, which does contain females.
My last 4 bosses at Sabre were female and only 1 of them knew how to manage people and the rest were just looking out only for themselves

There have been numerous female leaders at Sabre and have been horrible choices, DK, etc
Maybe it will be about the old boys club that keeps hiring and promoting more of the same. The lack of female leadership continues.

Maybe they'll announce the addition of new, motivational posters in all the coffee break rooms, to show that HR has been working on something other than exit packages.

So how was the town hall? What was the big news?
Perhaps it will be a celebratory type of meeting where SM and DS will announce how great we all are. They will also unveil the new Sabre logo and new names of the same old towers, the Exec ateam will now be known as the Ivory Tower...
There will also be the introductions of the new Sabre Band and the Sabre Dancers.
We need the full four hours to list all the sales opportunities we have in the pipeline. LOL
I doubt its a layoff conversation - that would not be 4 hours. As the agenda mentions - it's to listen to each of the business units to know what they are doing for rest of year...
