Sooo you are mad that you're talent has been recognized and want to sue. If you feel belittled put in your two weeks, if you feel under paid take control and find better pay. If you decide to stay then avoid talking about your job unless to fullfil your job. The more talking the less producing.

What management says and what they talk about behind closed doors is another thing. I always thought I was a good employee. All my annual reviews are "exceeded expectations" I even got 5% raises in recent years and that is almost unheard of. I found out that management had criticism on me that contradict my excellent monthly and yearly reviews and they been sabotaging my career. What the hell? I wonder if I can sue over this given I never had feedback on there criticism an on what they perceive I been doing wrong at my job. I found out all this from another manager that left the company.

Ha! I remember the IT transformation BS.

"This time it's real"

No it's not :)

At least then they acted like they had a plan (a bad one complete with stupid videos). Now Stoneman just tries to show off his might by saying a bunch of berating c-ap and then sending his id–ts out with a half c—ed idea like they're doing in the pharmacy unit. They have no plan, just a deadline.

Ah yes the hallmark of sh-tty leadership everywhere; funnel every stupid BS request onto the heads of your subordinates! Don't prioritize anything, don't push back or ever say "no" to anything! Everything you get, send straight on to your teams! Anyone remember all that IT Transformation garbage everyone was jumping through hoops for >2 years to accomplish? Nada, zip, nothing to show for it. And the people in charge of it? All gone. See that's how this company values hard work!

This is definitely not a good place to work. The demands by many managers cross the line of just a work relationship. I don’t have to spell it out.

It is the encouraged personality by the managers of health solutions to encourage a sweatshop mentality. There is clickish old school management where the attitude is “do as you are told or else”. The managers or mainly the senior directors make demands for employees to work long hours and take up the additional hours of work as frequent layoffs have occurred leaving not nearly enough employees to handle the work hours. Most of us remaining are asked to work long hours and weekends as the senior directors take long lunches and leave early to go as a group to local bars for a few drinks.
