Lawsuits coming for hostile work environment at HDC. Cursing managers making physical contact, denying bathroom breaks, threats, etc. currently 8 on board, attorney wants 15-20 minimum.
I hear 5 from NPO and the OMT instructors in HR
Please drain those subsidiaries at UPC, waste of money and heads better used in safety or dispatching.
@lsp That would require UP to enter the 21st century, which they’re incapable of doing. At this point I’m surprised they’re not using fax machines and satellite phones.
they might as well sell the damn building in downtown Omaha and make some more money and have the remaining employees work from home. they can save lot of money.
Rumor of 4-5 people cut in the PTC department. I can confirm only 1 though. Rumor is the Admin Ast. who started bringing in snacks after moral got low in the last round of layoffs was cut this time. It's gonna be a sad place without those type of people.

I got the dreaded call this morning. Thankfully I have great seniority to fall back on!
