I'm unclear as to why anyone would want to work for Sears or Kmart. One would have to know that it likely won't last long.

How in the world can a cashier do that with all the questions they are required to ask the customer.....regarding using or applying for Sears card...Is the customer a shop your way member?....etc etc etc.
