Let me guess... a millennial who was surfing the seedy parts of the web instead of working?

No one really cares he or you anyone else get laid off, hurt, destroyed, or financially wiped out. Don't care about your family or your friends to what it will do to anyone. We are ADP, we are "Always Designing for People Elimination"

My friend was just terminated for performance reasons because of one security warning he had well over a year ago when there were no good security safeguards in place. his undocumented sudden bad performance was not making a deadline by a few days but he got the one percent raise and the coronavirus bonus. if he was so bad then why let hm have a raise? If you have a written warning in your record start saving now because you may be next to go without severerence and without unemployement since it was fired for cause. I guess that depends on the state though from what Ive read on here.

Terminated for "Performance Reasons" ... that should point squarely to one person specifically and that is Carlos Rodriquez. His plan has "performed" abysmally. Stock is down, Revenue is down, both employee and client satisfaction are beyond bad, and forecasts for the future are worse than in 20 years.

Very true with regards to the “performance” angle. GPT, and specifically DataCloud is doing that right now with many employees. It’s completely unwarranted but leadership needs to blame the lower levels so that they can survive.

There are layoffs in disguise taking place too. I heard of a few employees let go recently for "performance reasons", all so ADP doesn't have to pay a severance. We've heard they were not bad employees at all but in the wrong deparmtnet with no sales. This is getting very scary.

Town Hall. 39 let go - not enough. Max needs to eliminate 98% of that staff. Too much baggage and non producers. And the VP's under him are horrible - they need to all be eliminated.

For Poster @dyrs+16JdX2Ve I'm so so sorry to hear you were laid off. What area were you in? Were you even told how many others in your area were being let go? I'm so sorry.

More layoffs. I guess if they are targeting work from home employees then it certainly opens the door for huge layoff numbers! Very cool :)

I said that. Sorry if I struck a nerve, but that is the truth: He is "legal", his parents were not. And yes, I did my homework, so I really do know what I am talking about. That is fact.

And Yes, Carlos has been a terrible CEO. The biggest problem is America took in his family and gave him a huge opportunity and he basically c-apped over thousands and thousands of employees and their families. Given THAT fact, it is no wonder there are a lot of people (including myself) with being upset that his family broke some laws and then hard working long time employees in turn were ultimately hurt for his greed.

To the person who wrote that Carlos' family came here illegally and broke many laws, is at minimum irresponsible. His family fled from Cuba to the U.S. in the 1960's, as many other Cuban families did to flee Communism. We sought asylum in the U.S. and were granted asylum. This was done legally and we came through immigration with the proper paperwork. So please before slamming someone's family do a little research. I for one am one of those whose family came in the 1960's, we became American Citizens as soon as were able to and this has been my home since then. I will also say that I worked at ADP since 1978 (and am an Early Retiree I agree,, and in my opinion, Carlos has not been the best CEO. But please do not attack the family and say he is "technically" legal, he is an American Citizen. This is totally separate than the job he has done as ADP'S CEO.

What doesn't work in Totalsource? All I know is the VP of Operations is 55 and she needs to go. She is a waste of salary and does absolutely nothing except run her mouth with lies and playing politics. We talk to her from MAS and she is worthless. Come on ADP at least get that one right and send her packing!

"Why did we outsource IT to a 3rd world country?"

That is because you have a CEO, while he technically maybe be considered legal, his parents broke many laws and came to America illegally. You have a head of HR who is non-American. You have a large portion of VP's and up that are not from America. Backstabbing, lying, cheating, and low moral characters are now running the company. They do not remotely care or have any concern over the effects of shredding the company for their own immediate gain. This IS our New ADP! Welcome to the Third World right in America!

TotalSource - Too many programs and services that none of the clients requested, and NONE of it works the way it was sold to them. Why did we outsource IT to a 3rd world country? All the hacking threats and ambushes seemed to start at that time.
