Don’t worry about Ecopetrol. They’ll get even in Colombia by gouging Oxy a bit more than usual.
Anyway, the whole mess is just another chapter in the unraveling of the Permian Shale Ponzi Scheme. Ecopetrol was a latecomer to the PSPS, so they get short end of the stick.
