There in a panic. Make sure you tell the customers in those areas that it’s management that’s causing there issue. Tell them that we’re short staffed. Tell them the truth! Tell them that we are told to move on if your equipment isn’t provisioned. These customers blame us. They yell at us. Tell them what Altice is all about.

You have to remember one thing about all of this. They do not care. No matter who complains no matter how many subs leave. They couldn't care less!! They live in France in their mansions with their solid gold toilets and laugh with satanic delight as this whole place goes under.
