My team are working away under no pressure and smashing it out the park,going forward ive no concerns that the right boys are in place,hopefully at least 1 other borer is kept going forward.

Don't speak sh–. The got a job stuck up the spindle of a lathe the other week and had to get maintenance to fix it. The "Elite" as you put it know how to do this job without going to maintenance. It's pretty hard to get NCR's when all your work is being done in Houston and sub con. You can't get NCR's if your job never makes it back out your machine because you are so f—ing slow. As for times, that's a joke. Everyone knows they get fixed by the school boy.
