We keep hearing there is another layoff coming in September. There are not enough of us left in Health Solutions to lay off. Is this true ?

To be honest i will welcome it if they give me a decent layoff package.
I will be surprised if they give severence packages going forward. Definitely don't plan on it!
Layoffs are true. I was one of the people considered so i was "subtly" told . To be honest i will welcome it if they give me a decent layoff package. Dumping employees during a crisis is rather cold. I wonder how they expect to get their computers back for everyone is working from home. anyways I am shopping for nice interview clothes and I am casually looking for another job or at least cultivating a list of potential companies to apply at. When you have a great work record but management are drumming up complaints unfounded to let you go it's a bad sign.
I am a witness to SS&C lying to Humana. When we did their DMR ( while we were DST/Argus) we lied to Humana about our error rates. My team lead at that time told his whole team about it .

This company has no ethics or morality. Anything goes to make a dollar. Employees are encouraged by senior management to lie to clients and managers are encouraged to lie and mislead the employees. Continuing to work here is not a human option for us. It is definitely time for us to get out of here.
It boggles my mind on how terrible this company has treated its customers and employees. It seems totally immoral to watch the business being plundered while they are engorging themselves on the profits!
Hard to believe people stay on their own after the continued way this company treats people. They will chew you up and spit you out. Don't help BS get richer, he'll dump you like a bad habit with nothing to show for it when he's able.
Yes, I also got confirmation from a trusted source in upper management. End of September or sooner is the projected date. Even upper management believes this round of layoffs will end what is left of health solutions. Its been a rough ride since SS&C got involved.
If you remember the last time they had a layoff last February that was only supposed to be for Argus also and they let go 600 employees across all of SS&C/DST. That included at least 100 in the Broadway building. When you have pathetic management and no direction and an executive management that S—S that is what happens. Supposedly severance packages are a thing of the past so we will see. FACE IT THIS COMPANY S—S!

It’s true from a reliable source. End of September. So sad. Hopefully most, have come to their senses, and have moved on already.
There has been at least one major layoff every year for the last 5 years. Some years more than one layoff per year. We have virtually no clients left. What do you expect. Few clients, almost no revenue and the revenue we show is creative accounting. It's time to wind this up.

Yes, the same incompetent managers have been asked to produce another list of people the health solutions can loose. While there is really no one left to layoff, they are being asked to do it again. There will not be anyone left but them this time. There is really no one left to choose for layoff.
